Man, Tanikaze and Hoshijiro couldn't even finish their date properly. I really liked the subtle foreshadowing throughout, though. Norio was definitely a huge red flag not to be trusted at all. The minute bro started talking about getting along, I heard the warning bells ring in my head. This was an excellent episode, and it really gets you hyped up for the next.
What was up with that time skip right before the episode ended? If it's part of a setup, it better be worth it. I wonder what kind of development or twist they are making with the plot. Other than that, the tension leveled up incredibly fast.
This episode does celebrate big wins but feels more like the interlude/calm before the storm type of time. I love how here we get more character interactions here that feel warm to the heart as well. I wouldn't fault the episode for the pacing, as I feel like its a well-earned rest for them especially Tanikaze.
