It couldn't all be sunshine and rainbows. Yoi takes things too seriously, and I think she needs words of affirmation more than actions. Kohaku, on the other hand, is much more laid-back and simply goes with the flow; he does show interest, but not quite in the way I feel the protagonist would like. That might be the relationship's weak point. Visually, the episode draws you in with its strong focus on exchanged glances, and it’s a great touch that Kohaku always asks for consent before crossing boundaries that could be uncomfortable. Narratively, it’s a whirlwind, a true turning point where the panic of new feelings boils over. To top it all off, the sound design and music elevate the experience to the max, conveying an emotional rush that makes your heart race from start to finish.

Oh, here comes the low point. Maybe Kohaku is just emotionally stunted. Sometimes it’s a bit annoying. I was praising how well they communicated in the last episode, but this one is kind of falling apart—not too much, though. They’re still trying to tell each other how they feel, but not in a very effective way. I also like that they’re not forgetting the fact that everyone treats Yoi as male, but I think as the episodes go on, she’s looking more feminine as she spends time with Kohaku. I also feel like Kohaku’s body really doesn’t lie; his body moves to follow, protect, and feel Yoi, even if he tries to avoid thinking deeply about what he feels emotionally.

The relationship slowly bloomed as Yoi and Kohaku seemed to slowly understand each other. That scene in front of the park was really swoon worthty, even if Kohaku kept acting nonchalant lol. I really like how Yoi reacts, she always written on this pattern, which is very human and makes her cuter. I feel like when there's a dramatic static scene, the studio really nailed the delivery, like the blushing Yoi and Kohaku, but again other than that, I hope they'll use more movement.

Meskipun pace-nya melambat, tapi sebenarnya untuk unsur ceritanya punya maksud yang baik. Agak delicate juga ya urusan hati dua anak ini. Mereka benar-benar take their time.
Rambut kakaknya Yoi gokil banget. Sukak

Compared to the first few episodes, I can tell the pace is getting slower. Which is understandable and not a bad thing, but overall, this show is a breath of fresh air.
Having unique characters in a rom-com is so delightful, and I know I will follow this show till the end!

A cute and engaging story, Yoi and Ichimura’s feelings feel surreal and next door, giving the relationship a smooth pace to develop.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Building directly on the emotional groundwork laid in episode three, 'Unawareness,' where Yoi began confronting her feelings for Kohaku, this fourth episode deepens that internal reckoning and pushes both characters into more vulnerable territory. It serves as a crucial bridge in the early season, escalating the emotional stakes before the next episode, 'The Side of Me I Don't Know,' which promises further self-revelation. This is the point where the series shifts from establishing its central dynamic to genuinely testing it.
