Gintama: Enchousen

Shorter but sweeter, holy crap is this season the best so far in Gintama, love all the great Gintoki development and love all the story arcs in this season.

This episode was focused on Sadaharu. The tone changed to heart-warming, and paired with some soft animation and relaxed pacing. It provided some fine character development before ending the episode on a comfortable note. It was wholesome and light-hearted.

This episode is just an absolute brawler. The battle animation is absolutely fluid. The breathless pacing, paired with the tragic tone provided some independent character development for Shinpachi.

The family reunion turned completely upside down in this episode. The quick pacing, paired with the thick agonizing tone, left no room to breathe. The intense dialogue scenes led to some high-pressure character development.

This episode returned to the cozy dojo setting. There was a nostalgic and warm tone with the entrance of Obi Hajime. The pacing perfectly handled the introduction, paired with some vibrant animation, that provided the foundation for some character development.

Flawless conclusion to one of the greatest arcs. The pacing was absolutely perfect and provided a satisfying wrap-up. The character development in this episode is simply monumental. Once you watch this episode, you will never be able to forget it.

The comedy and the parody are back! The seriousness is all gone! Thanks to our guest character in the current episode! I already missed the humor and the jokes in this episode! The laughable scenes are quite funny for me! Overall, this episode is 8.5/10 for me!

This is what I like to call an unhinged premiere. The pacing completely handled the hilarious humor. The animation did a splendid job setting up a comedic tone. Moreover, the bizarre character development is peak comedy.

After the events of the cliff-hanging previous episode, this episode is so PEAK!! The actions, visual effects, voice acting, and animation are all excellent! Despite the MCs' difficult predicament, the comedy and gags remain intact!

This episode of Gintama is simply the best when you talked about actions and intense scenes! Plus, the backstory and the mystery of the plot that adds to the main story is simply the best! The latter part is simply cliff-hanging, but the watchers crave more of the upcoming episode! 🤩

Episode 6's pacing is just alright, and it provides a brilliant narrative on our MC's current situation right now. Plus, the latter part is very cliff-hanging, but the climax is left for the upcoming episode! Can't wait for it!!!

After Gin's awful events in earlier episodes, this episode gives a calm and tranquil act only in the later portion of the show, which is a bit of a cliffhanger for me. But it seems promising for me and gives me a taste of what's to come in the next few episodes!
