Kinble, il TSO la sta ancora aspettando, ma nel frattempo è ricoverato esanime sui monti Brighs. Tuttavia, FATE LARGO ALLA QUEEN.

I seriously thought Kimblee was done for when he got impaled but that man is a monster for using a stone to blow up the train and Olivier shredding her brother's letter was cold as hell

Kimblee is actually terrifying because he stays so calm while bleeding out, and Scar really met his match with that explosion. The Northern Wall feels like a completely different world compared to Central

I actually couldn't believe it when Yoki turned out to be the decoy for Marcoh on that train and I did not think he had that much guts in him so Scar is lucky he had a backup plan

The way Ed tried to use Al as a windbreak in that blizzard was hilarious and then Buccaneer showed up with a literal chainsaw arm so Briggs is not playing around with these guards

That fort looks like a massive wall of death and those soldiers do not look like they care at all that Ed is a state alchemist

I got so nervous when Winry realized Ed went north because she knew his metal limbs would totally freeze up in that weather

The way the soldiers treated Al like a suspicious piece of trash before realizing he is empty inside was such a weird and tense introduction to the fort

It was actually kind of funny seeing Ed fall on his face in the snow and then he realized his arm was stuck because it was not built for the cold

I felt so small seeing the reveal of Fort Briggs because that black wall looks absolutely massive and it is way more intimidating than any other military base they visited

Marcoh and May finding those research notes feels like a huge turning point and merging alchemy with alkahestry might be the only way they can actually stop Father

The way the Briggs soldiers surrounded the boys in the blizzard was so tense and Ed looking at the ground at the end showed he knows he is in trouble

I was honestly shocked when Scar impaled Kimblee with that pipe and I thought it was over for him, but then he pulls out a philosopher stone and just nukes the whole train. He is such a psycho for laughing about risking his soul while bleeding out. It makes the north feel so much more dangerous than central ever did

Kimblee is a total monster, but seeing him track Scar down using just some old logging roads and faint marks on rocks was seriously clever

Seeing Olivier look down at the brothers with those cold eyes was intense, especially when she said only the strong survive in the north

Olivier Armstrong really just shredded that letter without even looking at it and her presence is so much more terrifying than her brother even with all his muscles

Kimblee laughing after getting a pipe stuck through his stomach was the most scary thing and the way he just blew up half the train to escape Scar was pure insanity

Buccaneer and his chainsaw arm are terrifying and Ed stood no chance once his alchemy failed in that blizzard and those Briggs soldiers are not playing around

I felt so bad for Ed when his arm jammed up in the snow and then he had to deal with a guy who has a literal chainsaw for a hand

I was not ready for how cold Olivier is compared to Alex, and the way she just trashed his recommendation made me realize the north is a totally different world. Kimblee getting impaled and still acting like he won the fight was so creepy too and his talk about souls being at risk gave me actual chills while he sat on that train

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at the midpoint of the series (episode 33 of 64), this marks a major geographical and narrative pivot after the revelations surrounding the Fuhrer's household. The Elric brothers' journey north opens an entirely new front in the larger conflict, introducing Olivier Armstrong and Fort Briggs as critical pieces on the board. This episode directly sets the stage for 'Ice Queen,' where the power structures and survival challenges of the northern territories deepen considerably.
