10/10 movie. Visuals, animation and music we're absolutely stunning!! Akaza's backstory really hit us emotionally as well. Giyu and Tanjiro's team up was a highlight

Very good 😊 but sad 😢

It’s a 10/10 start to the end. The animation, soundtrack, and action were all insane—it was definitely worth to watch! The only downside is that now we have to hold out for Part 2.

As an animator & anime fan I'll tell this was the craziest Animation, VFX & Lighting just top notch! impossible architecture, cinematic camera movement, just perfect! " okay, this is the final battlefield. no one is safe. just rooting for Tanjiro "

Akaza has to go down as one of the best characters of all time, I don't think I have seen so much depth in a character in a long while, and it's not just his backstory too, it's all the details in his design, all the details in his personality contrasting with rengoku, but similar to rengoku too when he was hakuji, the way he stands like his master, the way he talks asking for peoples names, which I think is a callback to keizo asking his name, he has amazing depth if you try to find it

Beautiful animation and story absolutely does the manga justice. CAN NOT WAIT for part 2!

Ufotable is literally flexing their entire budget. The dimensional layout shifts in the Infinity Castle are a kinetic masterpiece that makes your head spin in the best way. Shinobu’s fight is pure emotional violence. A bit heavy on the internal monologue, but the payoff is unreal.

An almost perfect movie but suffers from pacing issues. They get you pumped and hyped on the fights only to get suddenly slowed down by a flash back or a internal monologue. It might've worked if they are split into different episodes but for a movie, it's very disruptive. On the good side, everything else is close to perfection. The work speaks for itself.

A fantastic addition to the story of Demon Slayer, but unfortunately very poorly paced. Despite being extremely long, there was very little narrative satisfaction. The story was very emotionally resonant, but would have been much improved as a series as opposed to a movie.

As this anime slowly starts to wrap up, this will easily be one of the top 3 anime shows of all time to some people. The pacing will not be for everyone because of the backstory but its significant as it reiterates what they are fighting for.

As this anime slowly wraps up. This will be one of the top anime of many people. Not only did they do a very good animation, the switching of backstory to the current fight shows what they are fighting for, what happened to them in order to have the strength to fight. Some people will not appreciate it due to the fights being super good but its part of the story building
