Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Still reeling from the gut-punch of the Mugen Train arc, Tanjirou, Zenitsu, and Inosuke get pulled into a new mission, this time in Yoshiwara, the red-light district of Taishō-era Japan. Women have been vanishing, and the flamboyant Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui, needs backup to find his three wives who've gone silent while investigating undercover. The setup alone is a shift from what came before: neon-lit streets, a district dripping with beauty and danger, and the boys having to disguise themselves to blend into a world they're completely out of their depth in. What makes this 11-episode TV series hit different is Ufotable going absolutely feral with the animation. The studio was already setting a high bar, but the fight sequences here feel like they belong on a cinema screen. The breathing techniques get more creative and visually distinct, and the soundtrack layers tension and emotion in ways that stick with you after the credits roll. The tone is action-packed but knows when to slow down; there's genuine dread in not knowing what's lurking beneath the district's glamour. If you liked the demon-hunting atmosphere of Inuyasha or the intense supernatural combat in Fire Force, this arc scratches a similar itch but with modern production values that are honestly hard to match. D.Gray-man fans will also appreciate the darker undertones woven into what looks like a straightforward shounen story. It earns every minute of its runtime.

Loved this arc, one of my favourite ones. I liked reading the manga than watching it though
It felt great to win, but it really hurt to think about Gyutaro and Ume's past. The last time they were together was sad and real. It felt like a miracle that everyone made it. Tanjiro crying made me cry too. It feels like hope, but something bigger is on the way.
It’s a really good show
Sangat bagus
Nothing Vmb
It's Perfect. Perfect. Every Single Detail
One of my favourite arcs of all time! fantastic sound track and animation and character moments. No notes!
Loved everything about it. Had to read the manga 5 times. The show adapted it beautifully. Great animation, beautiful music, good voice acting. A great show.
The best anime ever tbhh
Hinogami Kagura scene

Fun happy excited etc
Plin de suspans.
When rebooking died instead of trying to keep himself alive he told the others something that kept them alive time and time again
Demon slayer has become one of my favorite anime’s and i can say that the graphics are just beautiful. At first I was hesitant to watch it but after maybe a year or two I finally decided it was time. I can’t wait for more to come to see it in beautiful bright colors and the unique techniques each demon slayer has is just awesome. I absolutely love this anime. The entertainment arc is so top tier!! If you haven’t seen any demon slayer I suggest you get in gear and hop on the train because it’s really good.
This arc is a solid step up from season 1. It's darker, the stakes feel higher, the animation is beautiful, and the action sequences are genuinely impressive. Whether you're into the story or just here for the fights, there's something for everyone. Definitely worth watching, and I'm hyped for what comes next. Demon Slayer really proved they can deliver quality content consistently. No regrets spending time on this one ya.
Uzui, Inosuke, and Zenitsu push past their limits, but it is Tanjiro's immense willpower that decides the outcome. The synchronization required to fight Gyutaro and Daki simultaneously embodies the pure essence of *shonen*.
Fight sequence is amazing 🤩
This episode feels like a desperate scream stretched across twenty minutes. Every character is exhausted, broken, and bleeding, yet nobody stops moving forward. The animation is breathtaking, but the determination hits even harder.
