the episode leans too heavily on an underpowered character to carry dramatic weight it is not equipped to bear. the frustration is less about what happens and more about the sense that the story is running in place waiting for its pieces to realign.

the new manager character is so genuinely hilarious and adorable that i was not prepared for how much i would enjoy his energy. some comedy in the middle of all this tension is honestly very welcome at this point

i am genuinely scared for how this situation resolves because the plan being set up here is full of holes that any intelligent person could see through instantly. this is a frustrating lane for the story to be stuck in right now.

Episode Context
