Yep, nothing freakier than kid corpses and that's what this episode is all about. The creepy aesthetic, the rain, the thunder, even the little sound of the crosswalks they all add subtly to the mysterious and slightly haunting vibe of this episode. The episode also manages to drop quite a bit of lore on Ouri while progressing the plot seamlessly, which is actually pretty cool.

The story slows down just a bit here. I really liked how the animation shifted to a more standard slice of life feel before diving back into the crazy stuff. The plot felt personally realistic to me.
