The introductory episode to this series was pretty good, doesn't feel too heavy or rushed. I really liked the animation style, it feels quite entertaining and a bit chaotic. The character designs are pretty cool too, and the voice acting is great. I also liked the funny moments sprinkled throughout, and the animation really helps those moments land even better. Gosh, I really hate Ouri's groans in the episode, especially at the start.
The animation immediately caught my eye because of the dark and gritty aesthetics. It moves at a decent speed to introduce us to this bizarre world without overwhelming the viewer. It was a really enjoyable first episode that sets the perfect mood for a supernatural action show.
The tone flips fast and hard with every move at the opening of the scene, which makes everything seem different as per the previous expectation
