This episode introduces the basic rules of target shooting and explains the purpose of the equipment they use during practice, making it both informative and engaging. After learning about the fundamentals of the sport, I couldn't help but think that professional target shooters must have a toned arm and core muscle to maintain their stability and precision. The episode also shows how each member balances their everyday school life, how they manage their academics and P.E. classes alongside their club activities.
