EPISODE REVIEWS

This episode features the club's first competition while also providing more information about the rules and etiquette of target shooting. One thing that caught my attention was that the anime doesn't show the participants cocking the rifle after each shot, so I ended up doing some research out of curiosity. If shooters really do have to cock the rifle after every shot, it would add another layer of difficulty as they would need to rely on muscle memory to maintain their rhythm and accuracy. The soundtrack continues to fit the anime's relaxing atmosphere, complementing the slow-paced and wholesome tone of the series. However, I'm still bothered by the CGI used for both the rifles and the characters' hands while holding them. I really wish the studio had limited the CGI to just the rifles as including the hands makes those scenes stand out in a distracting way.

Finally getting introduced to other schools makes the world feel much bigger. I like that the rival teams feel more like fellow enthusiasts than stereotypical anime enemies. It adds just enough competitive energy while keeping the wholesome vibe that makes this show so relaxing.

With the use of a dynamic visually contrasting & transtition scene match, the Chidori Team is ready to battle a rival team with character emotional Increase. This story is very fulfilling, and it greatly improves the abilities of the team
