Honestly, I don't have much to say for the final season. It just makes me too upset. I loved everything about it and I love every single character and piece of music and choice made by the writer, even if it is depressing. Episode 28 ruined my life, seeing everyone dancing and drinking together as one big happy family. Broke me. I love them all and miss Eren so much. The original Eren. I'm just grateful that he spent time with everyone separately, even 4 years with Mikasa as a couple, and gave them their memories of it at the very end so they had something good to remember him by. Really enjoyed the end credits scene on the finale too of our trio being a normal group of kids from todays age, watching the movie with us in the cinema. Will forever mourn this show. Has been my number 1 since watching it, next to Frieren and Vinland Saga.

This episode really shows that regardless if the person is on the other side, they still manage to join together to stop rumbling because of their common goal. Even though they have different goals to stop the rumbling. 9/10 for this

2 sides of the coin debating whether they're right or wrong, whether they're pro-rumbling or not. People on both sides showing their vulnerability. This episode is more like a dilemma of are these horrible acts justifiable, like Annie's action in the back season and Connie's plan to revive his mom. 9/10 in philosophical side

The trump card has been played. Now everyone is in a state of fear and inevitable destruction, knowing rumbling cannot be stopped by anything.

This episode shows very shocking events that happened in the past, their origins, and their causes. It clears many things about Ymir and her origin.

Are you a hero or a traitor or both? Thats the question for this ep. Good people killing good people for the "right" reasons. There are no villain here just impossible choices. Connie's scream at the end will haunt you 💔💔

As the Rumbling devastates everything, this episode balances chaos with sacrifice. Hange’s last mission is unforgettable, capturing both courage and the cost of fighting until the end.

We get a feel of season 1 AoT, where it's just humans but harsher. and more traumatic as many of our beloved characters are now one of them, the Titans. We are shown the aftermath of Eren leaving Paradis Island with his millions of colossal titans, how our characters are processing what just happened and deciding how to go on, even strengthening old and new relationships. Like the girl so aloof, she doesn't care about her life or anything really. But one thing makes her move and that is parental love. Would she get there in time? But we are left with the question, what is Eren doing right now, where is he?

We are at the beginning, the beginning of something good? Or bad? Now that you know what Eren really wants, would you stand by him, protect him, and cheer for him or would you want to go against his will, fight him, and maybe die trying. This is where we start questioning his ideals and his will, and in turn questioning our own. So the question is "will you stop Eren?" This also where we realized, Eren never really truly changed. He was headstrong and determined and still is. He knows what he wants and he probably already knows how it will all end. Every episode of this anime is always an amazing watch.

And yet another amazing episode from MAPPA. Here we see both the past and the future of the Eldians and the Subjects of Ymir, Eren's will, and Ymir's blind loyalty. One might be one of the most long-awaited episodes of AoT, the episode reveals the origins of the world and its people. I can say this is one of the best storytelling of a backstory of an essential character to the plot, she was not the main character, even in her own story and yet the creator of the anime did her well.

This episode was reflective in nature, tying up loose ends and stringing everything in place for the finale and what the soldiers will do next. It gives a bittersweet break from the intense heartbreak and violence, with a softer kind of tragedy.

I never could have expected the flashback Jean had previously to be a scene in this episode! Initially I thought I skipped something somewhere, but seeing everything tie back was mind blowing

An insane episode that explores Eren's psychology for the first time in a while. It made me realize how much we've strayed from having him as the main character. Personally, I feel more confused by his behavior now, seeing the difference in how he talked about them and acted

The 3D models was a little off putting, but the jaw titan's design was amazing! I read that it was a nod towards Ishiyama's older airborne titan designs, and I really see it.

The characters move on to the next phase of the plot, but it feels so bittersweet watching them set off; especially with the last scene. The blend between 2D and 3D animation was crisp and well done as well.

The meeting between Shadis and Magath was so emotional. The two had been from opposing sides for the most part, but were similar at heart in that they looked out for the next generation. Watching such similarities come from completely different places/backgrounds really stuck.
