A Ninja and an Assassin Under One Roof

This episode is surprisingly fan-servicey, but it's not overly done, so I kinda like it. The fan service is actually pretty tasteful. Aside from that, this is a really funny episode. I just couldn't help but laugh at how goofy the visuals were. It's just insanely fun to watch. That said, I totally didn't expect Satoko's leader to be this hopeless. She looked like the most decent and normal one! I'm crying!

I found it disappointing that they never took Satoko's technique of turning living things into leaves any further, or had her train her abilities a bit more. There were moments that got lost in fan service instead of developing the plot a little more. I'd say I didn't really like that part, but among the things I did like were the comedic moments, and even though she wasn't a main character, I ended up really liking Marin-san's personality

NOOOOO, don't leave me hanging like this!! 😭😭 You can really tell that the relationship between Konoha and Satoko is getting so much stronger, since they're having more sweet moments—and some not-so-sweet ones, but those are just as important because a relationship is never completely perfect. I love Roboko's new chibi look, so tiny, but accompanying them throughout the whole episode. And while flesh-and-blood Satoko might not have the best skills, she'd protect Konoha with all her heart, and that's just really sweet to see, honestly.

Jokes aside, Marin-san is honestly a character who has suffered a lot and still has a great heart. I feel like they've gone a bit deeper into each character except for Konoha-san, whom we know almost nothing about. I liked that, forced by what happened in the episode, she had to show herself vulnerable to Satoko whether she wanted to or not, and the best part is that she does remember what happened, lol. At least Marin-san is out of the wheelchair now, that's good tho.

Noooo poor Marin-san 😭😭, I really liked that they're diving deeper into Satoko-chan's techniques, but at what cost! Marin has already been having such a rough time these last few episodes haha. I find it super curious how Yoshida just keeps going on with her normal life after losing two loved ones. It bothers me a bit that the anime doesn't explore that topic a little more. I guess you can't cover everything, so they chose to just focus on Konoha and Satoko.

What even is this episode XD, at what point did this turn into Jujutsu Kaisen? It's crazy how in the end they just got used to living in that completely haunted house—I guess after a while you end up getting used to anything. And poor Marin-san, the headache she's gonna have in a few days is going to be horrible. I actually liked the episode, let's just say it's pretty funny so yeah, liked it.

Wow, with that ending we got, having the outro suddenly start playing out of nowhere felt super weird haha. It seems like Konoha-san is becoming way more expressive with her emotions and I love to see it. Let's just say she shows her feelings when she's with Satoko, but when it's time to be an assassin, she goes right back to her usual self. It feels like—and I have a slight suspicion that—Satoko's feelings might be mutual, but we'll have to keep watching to find out. I really hope they give more depth to Yoshida's character and everything that's been happening to her since she met Konoha-san.

I can't take Satoko-chan seriously with that massive rack, and it seems like Konoha is starting to realize that Roboko and Satoko are ultimately the same, just different. Same, same but different. Satoko being so ridiculously impressionable gets on my nerves sometimes, but well, considering we know she's a 15-year-old teenager, you can't really expect much more.

God, we got to see literally every possible emotion in this episode! I was not expecting the robotic version of Satoko-chan at all, I was just as desperate as she was when Konoha couldn't tell who was who 😭

Yuri, fan service, and tons more Yuri! So Konoha actually does care about Satoko, whatever the reason behind that concern may be, but in one way or another, she really does. And it was... well, in a way, kind of sweet, I guess haha. Kuro-chan's advice ends up confusing poor Satoko even more, but I think that adds a nice comedic touch to the anime.

And just like that, in the blink of an eye, boom—you end up turned into leaves, my god. There's one thing I completely agree with Satoko-chan on: 8-hour shifts are absolutely horrible, haha. If I were paid the amount Konoha gets for each job, not even in my dreams would I be looking for a part-time job, no matter how bored I got. We have the introduction of a new character in this episode, Leader-san's partner. I'm a bit surprised by how little the ninjas actually know each other; it seems like there wasn't much time to hang out in that ninja village.

In this episode, we get to see Konoha's super mega skills once again. That moment while drinking the coffee? Damn, it actually impressed me a bit, I totally thought she was dead, lol. It surprises me how this anime treats deaths like it's no big deal—there isn't really much emotional impact with each death, but I guess that's normal if the protagonist is a hitwoman. And you can tell from a mile away just how impressionable Satoko is. It feels like she has no goals of her own; her mindset must be like that of a 12-year-old or something.

Wow, the anime's pacing is insanely fast! In just one episode, they showed us how the ninja girl gets to the city, where she used to live, and what she did, plus what happens with this assassin/student living a double life and how they both start working together—all in a single episode, lol. This first episode flew by for me! The animation and style were super colorful and full of movement; you can definitely tell it's a fairly recent anime.

This is such a sleeper series! To be honest, I had very little expectation at first. I was just looking for something funny to watch, but the story and plot turned out to be genuinely enjoyable. It was random like your typical comedy series, but during the more critical moments, it had a surprising amount of depth. Craftsmanship-wise, it's top-tier. While the art style may not be the best, it has its own charm and is actually super cute. I've got to say, it has a very classy style of its own. That said, the animation is definitely this series' strongest quality. I can't emphasize enough how amazed I was by the quality of the animation throughout the entire series. Be it the major scenes or the minor details, everything was smooth and fluid. On a side note, though, perhaps the only nitpick I have with this series is how detached the characters are. I mean, I'm not saying it's bad. In fact, it's a very funny gag that works really well. It's just that the way certain episodes developed left me feeling a little sad. Overall, I'd rate this series a 10/10. It's a total banger that's cute, kinda wholesome (at times, LOL!), and absolutely hilarious.

Bruh... I AM SO FREAKING MAD! I'm not saying this episode was bad—no, it was insanely good—but come on, man! I was already so invested in and completely hooked by the fight! It was absolute cinema! That said, I really love how this episode wrapped everything up. It's super cozy while still maintaining its signature comedic charm. The craftsmanship was also amazing throughout the episode, whether in the major scenes or the minor details. Truly an epic experience.

Unexpectedly, this was a build-up episode. Well, this episode has its great moments, and I'm not saying it lacks quality, but it's definitely paced in a slow-burn manner and feels less random. That said, this is a very beautiful episode. It has elements that weren't present in the previous ones and is actually quite emotional.

Dude, what a take! Just what does the author mean by using a gyaru here, LOL!? This is freaking insane bias, LMAO! That said, this episode is incredibly cute! Honestly, I really like how Satoko looks whenever she wears outfits other than her ninja clothes. They all suit her! As for Konoha, it was super unexpected, but I'll take it! It's very rare to see her so pure, LOL! On another note, this is definitely my favorite episode so far. It's super fun and wholesome.

What incredible craftsmanship in this episode. What I love most, though, is the attention to detail in the minor scenes. They turned such small moments into highlights with seemingly no effort, thanks to how beautiful and fluid the animation is. The details are simply incredible, and I can't help but be mesmerized by them.

I just can't stop laughing at the scenes, especially when the devil started speaking English. That totally caught me off guard, LOL! On another note, the animation in this episode, while very simple, was clean, smooth, and beautiful. Not to mention, it was pretty goofy too!

Man, I don't even know what I'm supposed to feel after this episode. It's super cute, funny, and pretty wholesome, but BRO!?! I know it's part of the gag, but I'm already so invested in their relationship, and with how soft and comforting the music is, I just can't help but feel so freaking sad! I really want to shake the author's brain and see what's going on in his head!
