I found it disappointing that they never took Satoko's technique of turning living things into leaves any further, or had her train her abilities a bit more. There were moments that got lost in fan service instead of developing the plot a little more. I'd say I didn't really like that part, but among the things I did like were the comedic moments, and even though she wasn't a main character, I ended up really liking Marin-san's personality

Bruh... I AM SO FREAKING MAD! I'm not saying this episode was bad—no, it was insanely good—but come on, man! I was already so invested in and completely hooked by the fight! It was absolute cinema! That said, I really love how this episode wrapped everything up. It's super cozy while still maintaining its signature comedic charm. The craftsmanship was also amazing throughout the episode, whether in the major scenes or the minor details. Truly an epic experience.

Estuvo genial el episodio final y vemos como Konoha ya acepta mejor sus propios sentimientos y vemos como las dos son mucho mas unidas, y nos dejan con ganas de ver mas y que salga otra temporada

Episode Context

The season finale of A Ninja and an Assassin Under One Roof lands with the energy you'd expect from Shaft handling a comedy closer, brisk pacing, sharp comedic timing, and genuine emotional payoff. Episode 12 puts the Konoha and Satoko dynamic front and center, delivering on twelve episodes of built-up chemistry between its mismatched leads. Expect well-choreographed action beats that serve the comedy rather than overshadow it, with Marin rounding out the ensemble in meaningful ways. The tone strikes a confident balance between heartfelt character moments and the absurdist humor that defines the series, never lingering too long on sentimentality before cutting back to laughs. It wraps up the season's major threads with a sense of satisfying closure while keeping the door open. A rewarding payoff for anyone who stuck with the ride.
