EPISODE REVIEWS

The more I think the more I feel like leaving full businesses to 16 year-olds with a month deadline to turn profit is crazy. Though, the more I age the more I agree with Kashino as Andou did not ask for support and they are struggling. Empathy is something else.

Instead of focusing only on desserts, this episode spends more time exploring the everyday side of the characters. Ichigo is constantly trying to balance different responsibilities, which makes her feel even more relatable. I also enjoyed seeing more interactions between the cast since they help the new team slowly grow closer. It's a quieter episode, but I thought it was really enjoyable.

It really moved me with the profoundness of its moral lesson, as analyzing the episode emphasizes that it is much better to work together than to handle everything alone, and building strong bonds creates far better teamwork when navigating high pressure situations as a patisserier. Moreover, it effectively highlights the characters' development, which is very compelling to watch. In addition, the flow of the episode was moderate and well-timed.
