Ichigo, Kashino, Lemon, and Johnny all get moments to show their personalities, making the cast feel much more balanced than before.

The dynamics between the characters were completely visible in this episode, creating a diverse exchange of creative concepts and perspectives among them. Although it may not have a smooth art style aesthetic for me, the visuals of each pastry and sweets were incredibly mouthwatering to look at. Moreover, Andou's circumstances really hit close to reality, showing just how overwhelming and crucial the industry can be.
