EPISODE REVIEWS

The second this arc starts, the atmosphere gets noticeably heavier. Seeing the crew suddenly put on the back foot makes the threat feel legit instead of just another monster of the week problem. The action looks fantastic, but it's the tension that really carries the episode.

It's a superb episode with a lot of action and intense plot! I like how Akina and his friends are there to help support Hime in defending the town. We also learn a bit about the antagonists of this anime and I still want to learn more about them as well.

This ends the introductory and filler-like previous episodes and starts a new intense cour. The gravity of the action scenes were peak and hyping, especially Hime's moves. The tone was definitely chaotic, but the animation was amazing, with the transition slowly shifting and the pacing in high yet slow regards.
