The pace was a bit slow in the beginning, not much going on. The plot was not as thick so the quality of the animation was more noticeable. Luckily, there was a bit of a pick up in plot wise towards the ending!

Honestly, the animation of their repartee feels a bit too stiff and serious, and the lightheartedness mostly relies on playful background music to convey the humor.
