Continuing from the conversation in the last episode, this one gradually reveals the potential direction of the narrative structure. I’m much more excited for the twists & turns given the story's progression. That said, I’d still love it if the pacing doesn't get too slow.

What makes this episode stand out most is the fact that even though everything seems to be jolly on the surface, there's an undeniable feel of tension from beneath it. Showing Kiriwo's conversation and how he reacts to Iruma's honest thoughts, I wonder how he will move forward with himself. Things are bound to get interesting from here and I can't wait to see more.

This is the EPISODE where Season 1 stops being pure comedy and becomes a genuine thriller. If you skip this, you will have NO idea what's happening in the Battler Party finale.

The atmosphere is getting more intense with each episode, and this one drops plenty of hints that the next few episodes could turn chaotic. I really like how the show is gradually revealing Kiriwo’s true identity, it makes his character even more intriguing. There’s a strong ‘calm before the storm’ vibe here, and it builds anticipation perfectly. I can’t wait for the next episode, it might take an unexpected turn.

I love Robin and Kalego's dynamic because Robin keeps on messing with Kalego, especially when Robin gave Kalego a nickname. The brief flashback of Kiriwo's past makes me wonder if he's going to still end up being a bad guy or a good one after his conversation with Iruma.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting just past the midpoint of season one at episode 15 of 23, this follows the Battler Presentation arc where students showcased their clubs, and it pivots the narrative toward darker, more consequential territory. Kiriwo's Secret Room functions as a critical bridge episode, planting seeds of intrigue and shifting Kiriwo from a side player to a central figure with unclear motives. It directly sets up 'Party Eve' and the Battler Party itself, where the tension established here is expected to pay off in significant ways.
