Juurou was kind of understandable and the little backstory was relatable. It was going well but DANG! I was so shocked and couldn’t process anything after. The explosion was good and shook the scene.

I teared up. I knew where this was going but the execution was beautifully written on the second half. The direction, soundtrack, and VA are really the backbone of the episode. It left little to no resolution, but perhaps that is the point of the tragedy.

Ushio really grew on me with this episode. To see he try to understand the perspective of his enemy and try to resolve it with the way he can make me more understanding of his character. Tora being concerned for Ushio also makes me smile even though he doesn't want to admit it.
