A new character pops up again. The monster looks so ugly that I can’t take it seriously. There’s some part that I feel like it is not necessary and ruins the mood for real. Tora is working overtime again and still underpaid lmao.
Another Bad Guy of the Week type of episode as it make use the situation of Ushio's beginning journey into the road. However, the fight scene is more ridiculous than funny. The highlight is definitely Ushio and Tora finding new ways to work together while threatening each other. They're an iconic duo for that.
It's a good episode but the plot for this episode seems to be missing the target a bit as the youkai this time a bit fall flat due to not written too in depth in my opinion. The cooperation between Ushio and Tora was great to see nevertheless.
