Total chaos! Mendo getting swarmed by his family's prized octopuses is terrifying but hilarious. The real highlight is finding out that pickled plums make Oni drunk! Drunk Lum is a complete menace and the color-swap aesthetic is gorgeous. A huge W for gag-comedy fans, definitely watch!

What a WILD first segment in the jungle. Very adventurous energy 😆🐙 And the second segment is even WILDER even though it’s not in nature 🤣 This episode’s gags are pretty funny~

Honestly felt like the drunk bit dragged for way too long, and that it was boring instead of entertaining. The voice lines were not all that good either, like how they usually are. As compared to the latter segment, I liked the initial segment better.

Episode Context

Sitting at episode 19 of 23, this lands in the back stretch of the season where the series cycles through classic comedic premises while subtly reinforcing the group dynamics built over prior episodes. Episode 18 explored similar territory with magical mishaps and food-related chaos, and this installment doubles down on that formula before Episode 20 shifts toward a recovery-focused storyline that carries slightly more character development weight. It's a breather episode that keeps momentum without demanding heavy narrative investment.
