EPISODE REVIEWS

Really intense episode with all the build up thus far, makes this an amazing series and a great payoff in this episode

Episode Context

Positioned just past the midpoint at episode 6 of 13, this episode follows the competitive highs of the derby arc and intentionally downshifts to develop the emotional foundations that will carry the back half of the season. It deepens the Special Week–Silence Suzuka bond during a moment of calm, setting up personal stakes and character motivations ahead of the more demanding challenges to come. Think of it as the series investing in its characters before the autumn races raise the pressure again.
