Synopsis
At the Budokan, an annual event known as the Tsukino Concert puts Tsukino Entertainment Production's best and brightest idol units on the stage. The leaders of idol groups SolidS, SOARA, QUELL, and Growth must compose four unique and distinctive songs for their respective units, which they will perform on the second day of the festival. Composing four new songs proves to be a difficult task for SolidS's leader, Shiki Takamura, as he struggles to find inspiration. Sora Oohara must learn to overcome past mistakes while propelling his unit, SOARA, to the top. Wanting to escape his past stardom, Shuu Izumi is determined to push his unit, QUELL, up to the level of popularity that his previous one had. Growth finds themselves working together with a rival group, ZIX, prior to their debut—something that leader Kouki Etou is reluctant to do. Tsukipro The Animation tells the stories of these four units simultaneously as they go through their daily lives while preparing for the Tsukino Concert.

Jujur aku udah nungguin banget dan excited banget buat Episode 13. Tapi kualitas videonya beda-beda.
Aku agak berekspektasi sih.
Issei sama Ichiru mukanya kocak banget.
Terutama karakter mamoru, fun banget.
I wish the series had been like this from the start, a story woven around various concerts, with more stress and performances that would have kept me hooked the whole time, but instead, they focused more on everyday matters that I honestly wasn't very interested in seeing. That said, this episode is brilliant. It’s the best one yet, and the songs are great.
I expected more from this episode in terms of character development; I would have liked to see a great performance from all the bands and witness their growth as artists. I understand that the series focuses on the lives of the group members, but having them sing their most popular songs would have added an exciting touch and generated a lot of interest. While focusing on the guys' daily lives is a good concept, personally, as a viewer, it didn't live up to my expectations.
This chapter finally reveals some controversy in the pasts of two protagonists who were once close friends; we see old rivalries and striking differences between members of the two groups, along with a touch of sensationalist press, as well as the group's camaraderie striving to help them heal old wounds. That said, to be honest, I would have liked a bit more drama or tragedy within the story's context to make it more compelling.
I love the energy shown by the members of the band Soara, especially Nozomu, who, aside from being charismatic, is very cheerful and brings fun and humorous moments to the episode. It also shows us how motivations like admiration for a loved one help us surpass ourselves, keep our goals clear, and become better every day. The animation, with its Christmas theme, is simply brilliant and highly enjoyable.
This was my favorite episode so far, as it highlights the protagonists' professionalism by setting aside superficial matters like personal preferences or tastes; the tension arises not from personal differences, but from professional insecurities. I love the chemistry between the two guys. I sensed an interesting connection based on camaraderie and mutual support. The staging was fantastic, and the takeaway is that, despite our differences, we can work without prejudice alongside our friends or colleagues.
It’s satisfying to see a bit of rivalry in this episode, to see that it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. I like how the protagonists look out for one another and care about each other's health and well-being. The best part of the episode was that they finally sang a little, even if it was only for a few seconds.
This chapter is quite emotional, as it reveals the protagonists' insecurities and their fear of making mistakes as they face new challenges. It presents situations where trust and teamwork are crucial to achieving the desired results. We also learn more about the characters' pasts, which I found interesting. Overall, the chapter is enjoyable, though I still miss the touches of action or comedy.
This episode was quite lively, yet the story still feels rather flat; while there are fun moments, the series continues to focus on the characters' everyday lives, very ordinary, unexciting stuff. Even though the animation is excellent, the story hasn't really forged a genuine connection for me; given that the plot involves concerts, I’d like to see more actual performances and stage production, but so far, that hasn't happened.
