It seems like they are improving some lapses from their earlier episodes. This time, I think they did a good job characterizing the twin pistols. To be fair, this is a good one.

Honestly, this episode was one of the few episodes that had a decent storyline that focused on the twins and their adventure. And at the end was a surprisingly decent push to the main plot. Overall, one of the better episodes of the anime. While the animation quality is still not great, the action sequences seem to have improved.
This episode is just like the previous ones. Too much unnecessary scenes at the start, and at the end of the episode it wil make you like something is important is going on. The only justification of the entire episode is at the end.
