Fun episode, sensing a love square.
Koyun's overthinking in every conversation was relatable.

Overall — plot hint: 8/10

This episode feels a little heavy, no? The way the vibe and mood turn a little dramatic gives me a tense feeling. That said, I’m becoming more and more curious about their story and background. To be fair, I don’t really like Minato, but he doesn’t seem completely unlikeable as the story progresses. It just makes me so interested! On a side note, I really like the chibi art. Those scenes were so cute!

It seems Koyuki finally opens up to Minato, it makes their interaction develops in this episode. And then the misunderstanding happens between them also makes this episode so exciting and frustrating at the same time.

The group chemistry is clicking and the misunderstandings layering on top of each other are genuinely stressful in the best way. Miki finally confronting Minato directly was so satisfying. Koyuki running away after exchanging contacts is peak anxious introvert behavior.

Yota is a total green flag supporting Koyuki 🥺💚 Koyuki’s awkwardness is relatable, while Minato is bold and confident. Not many interactions yet, but overall comfy vibes

Minato is so good at just saying whatever. Asking for comfort after a breakup while studying is a bold move

I totally get Koyuki and her awkwardness trying to talk to new people. Minato really just went for it

The quick chibi animations really add to the humor and show you what the characters are actually feeling

When Koyuki was hiding in the locker but Minato still found her that was just perfect comedic timing

I really liked how they showed Koyuki's internal struggle with making friends and opening up. She wants to change, but it's genuinely hard for her, and that felt so real. Minato's energy is a lot, but you can tell he's just trying to be friendly and break down her walls. It's sweet watching it unfold.

My favorite part was Minato explaining why he dropped down to a lower-ranked school. It was unexpectedly smart and funny

Minato's entire vibe is just too much to handle and you gotta love him for it. His directness is wild

I'm glad Koyuki is slowly coming out of her shell, even if she's clearly still struggling with every interaction, it's a good step.

The way Minato always ends up breaking through Koyuki's attempts to hide is kind of endearing and funny

The way Koyuki overthinks every single social interaction is too real. It's like watching my own brain

My favorite part was seeing Miki and Koyuki actually share food. It shows that there's a real connection there outside of the guys.

Minato asking for her number after all that was really something. The tension between them is so clear.

The way Yota protects Koyuki even from Minato's bluntness is so sweet. It's subtle but you can feel it.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at episode three, this entry arrives just after the series has established its core dynamic and the emotional walls between its leads. Rather than accelerating the plot, it likely deepens the psychological and romantic groundwork laid in episodes one and two. The title's backward-arrow notation suggests this episode may complicate or recontextualize what came before, positioning it as a pivotal mood-setter for the arc ahead.
