EPISODE REVIEWS

This episode feels wholesome, but also hilarious. The friendship between Koyuki and the others is truly heartwarming. And their interaction in this episode is absolutely adorable. Overall, this episode is fun and exciting.

I really love how smooth the animation is, especially in the chibi scenes. It’s super cute and fluid, not to mention pretty goofy. I love it—it’s so funny! Story-wise, I’m not sure how to feel about this episode. I’m happy that everyone’s characters are developing and progressing well, but the tension at the end had me on edge.

Peak episode so far! The fun moments at the beginning really help build the mood and make the character bonding feel closer and super cute too. The animation and visuals in this episode are also really solid. We also get some new characters here. Some add a fun dynamic, while others make the ending feel a bit tense with a lingering cliffhanger. Minato, please control your expression 😂
EPISODE CONTEXT
Coming off Episode 9's more self-reflective and emotionally weighty material, Episode 10 serves as a deliberate tonal reset — a moment for the characters and the audience alike to exhale. The bonds being reinforced here between Koyuki, Minato, Miki, and Youta aren't incidental; they lay relational groundwork that the series is likely to draw from as it heads into its final stretch.
