Tatsuya's brilliant idea for the experiment was a genius move! I love it when we see the presentation and they all worked together as a team, proving that they all have good faith in him. Tatsuya is truly a good leader example!

Wow, the visual effects never disappoint! The plot in this episode is pretty daring, moving a character from a simple screen appearance to a more physical presence really makes the family tensions palpable. The pacing was just right, keeping things at a steady, middle of the road

Part 3 is tense. Tatsuya's handling of the conflict between the Shippou and Saegusa clans is brilliant. Takuma's maturity is evident at the end. The animation in the magic duel is solid and the political game at first high remains intriguing. An exciting start to the arc.

Episode Context

Episode 3 continues the Double Seven multi-parter, building directly on the internal conflicts and external threats that surfaced in Part II while keeping the tension on a steady escalation curve. Still early in the 13-episode season, this installment is firmly in setup territory, establishing stakes and adversaries that will carry through the arc's conclusion in Part IV and beyond. It occupies a critical middle position where character positioning and strategic groundwork matter more than resolution.
