Hot springs episode but make it detective work. Tounome and Yakou get roped into investigating at the inn just so they can afford the room. It's low stakes and cozy but exactly the kind of breather a 12 ep run needs mid-season. Cute filler done right. <3

Its funny but so romantic. I a literally blushing as I am watching. I love the fact that Akira's tone and voice changes when he's making fun of Shizuka in a good way, and Shizuka is just embarrass but blushing with her high pitch reaction voice. It's lovely!

They did not take too much time on explaining last episodes cliffhanger which for me is the right thing in these kinds of anime. I love the attention to details in changes about our characters as their relationship progress and on how they involve their uniquness to the plot.

Shizuka and Tonome go on an onsen date by the beachside. Tonome finally reveals a bad exprience on a past relationship, which is the reason why he is so cautious; however, Shizuka accepts that solidifying their relationship is meant to be.

This episode was so cute! It really showed how perfect they are for each other. Also, the explanations for the haunted mysteries were enjoyable 🤣

The hotel bit felt too long and I feel like they had a lot to work with in this episode, in terms of relationship progression, but they didn't maximize the opportunity. It didn't have to be anything intense, just more quality dialogue or writing would suffice.

The entire hotel event could have been executed better. My attention started wandering during the investigation part. Good thing the emotional scenes saved this episode
