If there is one thing that every anime needs is the obligatory summer and beach episode! Idolmaster is not immune to that rule, but it does it in a very idolish way. While it breaks from the formula of previous episode where there was always a main girl receiving the focus, this episode does an excellent job of showing all of them as a group, their unity, their friendship, making for a good change of pace.
Fun beach episode, not bad. The cast is starting to grow on me now that they've moved past the initial moe overload and into fleshing the characters a bit more.
the studios ac breaks in the middle of summer of all times hahahahahhh so everyone just goes to the beach instead while its getting fixed. ritsuko also gets the green light to try something new with a few of the girls
