If there is one thing that every anime needs is the obligatory summer and beach episode! Idolmaster is not immune to that rule, but it does it in a very idolish way. While it breaks from the formula of previous episode where there was always a main girl receiving the focus, this episode does an excellent job of showing all of them as a group, their unity, their friendship, making for a good change of pace.
