episode 2 opens up the world considerably as the rest of 315 Production starts coming into view. the central question this episode poses to every new idol is deceptively simple but actually really meaningful — who do you want to be as an idol? it's not about skills or popularity, it's about identity. and watching each unit wrestle with that question in their own way tells you a lot about who these characters are before the show has even properly introduced most of them. Jupiter's parallel storyline preparing for their next concert adds a nice layer of context too — seeing a more established group going through their own version of the same question gives the newer idols' journey more depth. the episode juggles a lot of characters but does a decent job not letting anyone feel completely invisible. the pacing is slightly rushed but the heart is there.

WOW, I am really living for the concept of this idol series!! The origins of our dear idols are just so interesting, though it’s a bit overwhelming to have all of their faces and names dumped on us at the start of the ep 😅 This episode does spend quite some time to give us glimpses of the huge cast’s personalities and dynamics, so it’s pretty fun~!! Love what they did with the credits to showcase the unique charas hehe 🥰

They all strive to finished the tasks and needs for their upcoming event and concert for them. The characters were build a good rapport and relationship to each other.
