The Food Diary of Miss Maid Episode 6: Eel / Cold Tofu / Festival

For real, watching Suzume eat makes me so hungry too! Her reactions and satisfied expression were too good to watch. It’s maddening that I don’t have anything to eat right now! On another note, this episode is probably the most “maid-like” Suzume has been, LOL! I mean, she just eats—not that I hate it, XD.

Capitulo con mejor ritmo, aparecen un poco más los demás personajes y la parte del festival estuvo buena.

An episode that features summer time foods 🤩, this is what I have been looking forward to. Before anything else, the newly introduced character is great. He isn't too much doting on Suzume and he exudes a cozy and heartwarming vibe. The glazing of Unagi and rice is hunger inducing 🤤, the focus shot of the first bite size looks immaculate that I almost started levitating. Having to see Suzume and Ricotta in a yukata was definitely a golden experience in my part, especially their expression when eating the festival foods. I was wondering why only the baby castella was on the intermission card of a festival 🤔, was it to avoid the cliché foods like yakisoba, candied apple, choco banana and takoyaki?
