I didn’t expect making tea to come with this much complication. I’m so used to just dipping a tea bag into a cup of hot water, LOL! That said, I kind of miss eating choco mint. I remember having some when I was a child, but I wonder why no one makes that flavor anymore. On a side note, the way the kids watched Suzume was so cute!

Another educational episode about Japanese food. There are some new character appearance and we get a small peek on Suzume's master. This time the episode has some dagashi on it and they really picked a rather controversial flavor on that ice cream. The featured food looks delicious but Suzume's smile feels like you are already full even without eating 🥰, it made me even say Gochisousama deshita! after seeing her smile.

When the little girl asked if Suzume was her mom and Suzume had that complete meltdown in her head I absolutely lost it, that was brilliant

I just love how this show makes even simple things like eating bolo so heartwarming and nostalgic, it really hits a sweet spot

The whole sequence with Komatsu-san and the Tian Cha was so wholesome, Suzume really does care about others
