For once the GoHands camera work actually made sense. The frantic angles during the negotiation felt like I was in the smoke-filled shop watching them argue. And the way it calmed down once Luce proposed the trade was smart direction. Also Marie's whole vibe is nightmare fuel in the best way.

Elma getting out-negotiated took me by surprise. He's always the one with the plan but the old witch had him cornered until Luce swooped in with the direct trade. The moments where Luce proves she's more than just the cute tag-along are what keep me watching.

Luce turning down the wind magic book just to stay on Elma's level hit me harder than I expected. Then she trades everything away as a thank-you gift without asking for anything back. That's real loyalty. Also the old witch high-fiving her after the barter was adorable.

That 8:2 split being alive and well ruined me. Luce screaming THAT DEAL IS STILL ALIVE while Elma tries to quiet her down was perfect. She really thought he'd forgotten. The truffle pie moment was cute too but that split reveal was the scene of the episode for me.

Crain performing a full dogeza in the middle of the guild and still getting the door slammed on him is comedy gold. But the real gut punch was Marie's dungeon scene. The contrast between Luce's celebration feast and Elma's sister carving up prisoners was so jarring.

I'm honestly waiting for the studio to drop all the saved recaps in one giant episode just to spite us. But until then this felt like a different show. Luce negotiating the barter deal was her best moment yet. Girl went from timid to closing 55 million gold trades.

Marie is a whole red flag parade and I'm seated. That blood-lip lick while whispering his name gave me chills. This show went from dungeon grinding to family horror real quick.

The Miss on a 4 roll followed by the 6 on the second attempt had me pacing my room. That 1 in 6 gamble paid off exactly how Elma predicted with Luce's luck stat. Best boss fight this season honestly the payoff was worth sitting through all that recap

So we're really at One Piece levels of padding now. That recap joke is getting old because it's basically true. I almost skipped this episode entirely. Glad I stuck around for the Shield Bash launch combo though that was clever game sense

People complaining about motion sickness from the camera again and I get it. The 360 spins during the wall run made me a little queasy. But watching Elma aggro every toy soldier just so Luce could land safely was worth the headache

Half the episode was footage I already watched. Feels like they're stretching one dungeon fight across three episodes on purpose. The dreamhole lore about Alxeros nightmares is interesting but it got maybe thirty seconds of screen time

Elma admitting he used to judge people by class and level exactly like his dad and Cline was the moment for me. That callout landed harder than the boss fight. Also 63 million gold from one run and Luce screaming is pure comedy gold

Luce wall-running up the wallpaper and flipping over Embryo for the second Dice Thrust was the best thing this show has done. She went from crying mess to full anime protagonist in one fall. The recap bloat before it nearly killed the mood though

I timed it. 11 minutes 56 seconds of recap. The actual fight only starts at 9:30. I get budget cuts but this is getting ridiculous even for GoHands. That said the Dice Thrust landing on 6 after the miss was genuinely hype and Luce earned that win

I should be celebrating the no-recap miracle and Luce's comeback moment. But my brain keeps replaying Marie dragging that katana through the dungeon. The way her eyes lit up at the level up notification while standing over bloodied bodies was genuinely unsettling. This cousin is going to be a problem.

No recap. NO RECAP. I actually had to rewind because I thought I missed something. The dogeza scene alone was worth it though. Crain eating dirt while Luce just closes the door on him was the sweetest karma I've seen all season.

I was completely hooked the moment Embryo started casting Repair on those defeated tin soldiers. Watching Elma realize he was trapped in an unwinnable war of attrition while locked in a narrow corridor was terrifying, and Luce diving back into the fight at the last second to save him from that stun lock was pure hype.
