The gothic vibes in the castle were great, and I thought the scene where Maya tricks the countess into that cursed ritual felt way more sinister than the last episode and it was pretty rough watching the countess fall apart mentally, but that's exactly what I expect from this series at this point and ending with the fire felt like a fitting way to close out this world
The way the countess looked at her own reflection before everything went south was a really cool visual and it set the mood perfectly
That final shot of the castle burning while Maya just stares at the camera made my skin crawl and I love how they handled the horror elements this time
