The stride into the credits as they start running through Kyoto is such a simple shot but it left me buzzing. Night of Assassination is going to be rough

Episode Context

Episode 8 brought Tokiyuki and the Elusive Warriors to Kyo while Yasuie Hojo and Kinmune Saionji held their private discussion. Episode 9 reveals the dangerous plan taking shape around them, shifting the Kyo visit from sightseeing and new alliances into a high-stakes political operation. It also opens Tokiyuki's connection with Masashige Kusunoki, the figure the season's remaining episodes build toward.
