Episode Context

Positioned at episode 7 of 26, 'Fog' arrives just past the quarter mark and serves as the series' first major emotional pivot, following the relationship-driven tension of 'Cat' (episode 6) with a hard turn inward. Jun's first significant defeat reshapes her trajectory and establishes the psychological cost of her transformation, laying essential groundwork for 'Enemy' (episode 8), which broadens the scope of the devil beast conflict and introduces new threats that will test a now-shaken protagonist.
