You have to appreciate how this show goes from zero to a hundred with the absurdity like that insurance commercial at the start. The performance itself was actually moving despite the weird crowd machine Rentaro built. Seeing Quallie smile at the end because their spirit was high quality really brought the whole thing together, making it a standout moment this season

skipping all those chapters for chiyo and iku just to speedrun an idol arc feels like a weird choice even if the dancing was cool and it makes the season feel a bit thin
