📖 SYNOPSIS

In the 21st century, humanity began terraforming Mars with algae and cockroaches. Centuries later, in the 26th century, a lethal virus, the Alien Engine Virus, emerges on Earth, with a potential cure believed to exist on Mars. However, the red planet is now dominated by Terraformars, humanoid cockroaches evolved from the original settlers, possessing incredible strength and intelligence.

To combat the threat, the Annex I team is dispatched to Mars. This team consists of one hundred individuals genetically enhanced with the traits of powerful organisms from Earth. Their mission is to investigate the source of the virus and find a cure, but their survival is constantly threatened by the Terraformars. The anime explores themes of survival, adaptation, and humanity's struggle against a formidable, unexpected foe.
