Gantz: Second Stage

As I've said before, and I'll say it again, this episode is chaotic af, Gantz recruiting people to eliminate the alien threats on Earth, now all of a sudden it's an all-out brawl, it's so messed up.

This episode is so chaotic that the people that Gantz recruited are now the ones brawling with each other instead of eliminating the alien threats that have been roaming the planet. I'm really confused about the objective of Gantz.

This episode sucks. The whole season was eliminating aliens that are freely roaming on earth,, not an all out brawl between them, I don't get the point of Gantz targeting his ace player for no reason. He may be an idiot sometimes, but he is a veteran.

This whole episode doesn't make any sense, I mean, why would Gantz want to do a free-for-all killing on the people he recruits? The whole point of Gantz recruiting people is to eradicate the aliens that have been living on Earth.

Once again, another batch of people has entered Gantz, but this time, Kurono is all alone, without his friends by his side he feels desolate from the new people who has entered Gantz.

The stakes were too high for Kurono and his group; they were facing an opponent that was too overpowered for them, and I thought they were gonna pull this off like usual, but I was dead wrong.

This episode was really diabolical, and I kinda feel bad for Kurono and his group, because I was rooting for all of them to go back to the normal world, but I guess this is their fate to begin with.

Once again, this episode is action-packed, and the stakes are even higher this time. Kurono and his group thought that after defeating this wave of opponents they would finally be safe, but they were wrong.

This episode is so action-packed. I didn’t know Kurono had it in him to go toe-to-toe with opponents whose strength is unmatched by most humans. Kudos as well to Kurono’s friends, who supported him throughout this battle.

I've got a mixed reaction to this episode, especially about the unnecessary violence against the other group that's bullying people, and I felt great about what happened to the priest because of his stubbornness to wear the suit, or because he didn't listen to Katou.

I felt really sad for the new people who enter Gantz. They have no idea what’s going to happen to them in the next few hours, and no matter how much Katou explains things or tries to save them, some of them still ignore his advice.

Kinda happy for my boy, Kurono, in this episode, because he finally gets what most teenage boys dream of in their life, but kinda feel sad for Kishimoto for what she saw.

Kinda displeased about this episode, especially on how Kurono treats Kishimoto, but I'm sure somewhere down this entire season, Kurono will improve his manner on how to treat other people's feelings.

The finale... mixed feelings ngl. Subway scene gave chills full circle back to start. Ambiguity gonna bother me. Did he escape? Is Gantz gone? Final train shot? Yeah gonna think on this one.

YES finally standing up. Moment they chose to fight was satisfying. Old dude protective mode caught me off guard. Split loyalties make every fight unpredictable. Lets goooo.

These guys are genuinely terrifying. Taking hostages to force hands is evil genius. Standoff had me holding breath. Kei hiding trying to figure a way out. Tension suffocating.

EXCUSE ME?? Gantz said "target: Kurono" and I rewound. Betrayal energy off charts. Everyone looking at him different now—some confused some scared some way too eager. Next episode cannot come soon enough.

The silence after the mission hit different 😔 they all trying to process what just happened. Kei tracking down the real Kishimoto only to look like a crazy person. new mission already starting with some newbies.

Kato said "I'll risk my life" like nothing. Animation during distraction was fluid af. Watching him dodge while statue tries to crush him? Stressful but so well done. Music choice perfect.
