That was a really solid episode. The fight was great and Kanata actually held his own pretty well even though he was totally outmatched. Of course, that won't stop Mystere. Lol haha.
Let me just praise the animation for a bit. That was a tasteful use of 3D animation! It reminded me of Armored Core VI! The entire fight was brilliantly animated albeit being a little short. The plot also progressed so I'd say that this is a must watch episode for the series. I am really digging the animation of this series and I am excited to see more of it. Hope to see more episodes like this one! Well done!
After the previous episode's slow pacing, Episode 3 successfully gets back on track by delivering an incredible balance. This episode masterfully blends the tension of mecha battles with the relaxed humor that is the franchise's trademark, making the 24-minute runtime feel like it flies by in a fun way.
