What I love the most about the condition of the challenge is the fact the winning condition hinges entirely on Noah's preference. Thus, it gives Anne a fighting chance to win without making her a mary sue for winning against a very experienced sugar artisan. Hugh's compelling and complex relationship with his job that allows power yet less freedom. The price for his goal that is yet to be said. So good. The design for the confections are beautiful as always, the artist does so well in bring magic to food.

Compared to the last episode's moderate pace, this one delivers an emotionally deeper approach that truly pierces your heart. And as it progresses, the intense buildup gradually escalates into a thrilling cliffhanger, leaving me eagerly excited for the next episode. Plus to top it off, the ending scene is so spellbinding that I couldn't stop myself from repeatedly watching it without getting tired of it!!!
