EPISODE REVIEWS

I thought this episode started strong and handled the character development well. I liked how it gave the story a clearer direction while keeping things interesting. I’d recommend it if you’ve been enjoying the character-focused parts of the series.

Dhalsim was as mysterious as ever and the vibe was unsettling as the main characters arrived in a new setting. Not expecting that episode to be weird. Just what did I have watched? Was that Akuma at the very beginning? A rare cameo! The tone was considerable as Ryu and Ken were volunteering for charitable works, opposite to their arrogant selves.

Finally a new arc and a new adventure - in India! It was exactly as I expected, in a bit of a stereotypical way. But I think the show handled it relatively well. Ryu and Ken fit right in with the locals somehow and that was quite a joyous scene. What's really interesting is that the monk itself is a chad of his own. And there's mysteries? This episode has it all.
