This episode further demonstrates the tragedy of the setting reminding us that there are many enemies of Somali simply due to what she is. Watching the duo learn to get along with this new pair as they venture across the desert knowing they have nefarious intentions helps demonstrate just how difficult the pairs journey will be.

This episode is devastating. The ice cream scene is adorable, but everything that follows is a slow-building tragedy. Uzoi is not evil she's desperate. Her love for Haitora is driving her to do terrible things, and the show makes you understand why.
