A touching beginning of the series, brilliantly starting this touching found families adventure. Particularly enoyable for its ability to showcase their dynamic, what challenges they will face as well as introducing this interesting world. Demonstrating this ideal most apt is the scene in the tavern where the golem is told about the fate humanity has suffered, demonstrating the scale of difficulty the pair will face. While also showcasing his resolve to aid her.
The episode's best moment is when Golem watches other parents holding their children's hands. He sees the affection, the care, the bond. Then he looks down at Somali, who is watching too, clearly longing for that connection. And then he reaches out and holds her hand. It's a tiny gesture, but it's huge. Golem is learning to feel. He's learning to be a dad.The animation is gorgeous, the world is creative, and the relationship between Golem and Somali is already heartwarming and heartbreaking in equal measure.
Un primer episodio que nos enseña el mundo de este anime, visualmente muy bello y colorido. Con una premisa del mundo que nos hace reflexionar sobre el ser humano y su lugar en la naturaleza. Del mismo modo, el episodio contrasta el ambiente agradable con aquellos momentos cuando nos cuenta sobre los seres humanos. Nos presenta a los protagonistas que, del mismo modo, contrastan entre sí.
