Synopsis
Both of Yamada's hands end up fractured and hospitalized, which is already rough. Then you factor in his rare condition: severe testicular pain unless he ejaculates every three hours. Since he literally cannot handle it himself, the hospital assigns Nurse Tachibana to take care of the problem. She is not thrilled about this arrangement. He starts feeling genuinely guilty about what she has to do for him. That tension, her barely concealed irritation, his awkward guilt, the clinical absurdity of the whole situation, is actually where the story finds its footing. It is a 10-episode OVA from Studio Seven, and the premise is so specific it almost loops back around to being compelling purely on those terms. The animation holds up well enough to carry the character moments, and Tachibana in particular gets more depth than you might expect from the setup. If you have watched Nurse Me! or Night Shift Nurses and wanted something with a bit more focus on the emotional push and pull between the two leads rather than just the scenarios themselves, this scratches that itch. The dynamic is less power fantasy and more genuinely awkward, which gives it a different texture. Do not go in expecting a slow-burn romance exactly, but there is more going on between these two characters than the premise suggests on the surface.
