Episode Context

Sitting at episode 13 of 94, this filler arrives after Yahiko's personal development spotlight and before the series re-engages with Kenshin's central narrative threads. It functions as a palate cleanser in the early portion of the season, offering standalone character warmth without advancing the overarching plot. Viewers tracking the main story can skip this without losing continuity.
