In this episode, the vibe of the story becomes more serious and upscale as Kazuya and Chizuru go to a party in Daikanyama, a social area full of artists and industry people.

The character vibes are off the charts because Kazuya completely misreads the room. Honestly, that final scene on the walk home hits like a truck. Mizuhara is so cute when she is shy.

Chizuru looks absolutely stunning in this episode. The contrast between Kazuya’s overthinking and Chizuru’s professional front is hilarious. We get some insight into what others think of their dynamic.

Episode Context

Episode 3 builds directly on the introspective tone of Episode 2's 'Sigh and Girlfriend,' where Kazuya was already wrestling with his feelings, now those emotions are stress-tested by placing him inside Chizuru's world. Positioned early in Season 4's twelve-episode run, this installment is clearly laying foundational character work before the season escalates. It directly sets the stage for Episode 4, 'Decision and Girlfriend,' where the emotional stakes Kazuya absorbs here appear to culminate in pivotal relationship choices.
