Episode Context

Episode 13 closes the season by putting Dara-san, Hinata Misogiya, and Kaoru Misogiya at the center of an old supernatural grievance that becomes an immediate threat. The siblings take a more active role than usual, and the opening movement leans into spiritual combat, improvised problem-solving, and the show's deliberately silly humor. The back half eases toward the warm, offbeat everyday atmosphere that defines the series while revisiting the emotional weight of Dara-san's past, with Tsubaki and Koharu part of that emotional picture. Horror and comedy share the screen throughout, and the tonal swings are intentional. The episode is a brisk blend of confrontation, sibling loyalty, heartfelt reflection, and absurd comic interruptions rather than one uninterrupted battle.
